Terrible service at Chesanyama Johannesburg. I patiently wanted behind older lady as she placed her order at the till. The young an assisted the lady and she moved over. I then got to the till and while I was telling the guy at the till my order another guy walks in and hands the cashier R20 and tells the cashier his order. The cashier takes the money and tells the gentleman in the kitchen to start making the rude guys order. So I had to wait while they both service the guy who had just walked in and jumped que yet he saw me standing there and heard me tell the cashier my order. The cashier then places R20 to side and asks me to repeat my order. I tell him no, he should have my order cause I told him and had he served me first because I came her first and waited in line then he would have my order already. He then gives me attitude and says well u saw him give me money what was I meant to do. So I respond and tell him, you were not suppose to take his money you were meant to tell him to wait as you still dealing with another customer her is being rude. He then says the guy was rude but he not being rude and he just placed order. I told him no you should have helped him I was 1st
