Ches Electrical poor service on COC

I recently purchased a flat in St. James. As per regulations, I was issued with an electrical certificate of compliance by Cheslyn January of Ches Electrical via the transferring attorney firm. Upon taking occupation of this flat last month, I discovered that several electrical sockets in the apartment were not functional, and there was a section of exposed and dangerous wiring in the kitchen, both of which should have been addressed prior to the issuance of a compliance certificate. Despite multiple phone calls and emails to Ches Electrical by myself and the transferring attorneys we have had no response, other than a request to forward the certificate of compliance, which has been provided. Very poor.
