don't expect to receive valentines cookies on time

On feb 9th I ordered 4 VALENTINE cookie pails, They were not shipped until feb 12th and were not scheduled(by the seller) to be delivered until feb 17th...Is it just me or should a company advertising to sell VALENTINE products which were ordered 5 days prior to the holiday be expected to deliver on the holiday ? <br> Since I have started looking at this company's reviews I have found out this is not the first time something like this has happened. Bad customer service all the way around / when I called them tonight they said they would refund my shipping charge, big deal. I have four disappointed kids who got nothing from us thanks to this bunch of *****.
