For those considering buying a Chery at Chery Somerset West. JUST DON’T My vehicle has been with Chery Somerset West for 8,9, 10 weeks now, I have honestly lost count. And when I decided to address the situation with the dealer principle, she told me your Tiggo 4 will be ready Friday 7th June. The joke here is I don’t even have a Tiggo 4 it’s a 7. So instead of keeping me a happy customer she gets my car wrong and then tells me that she wasn’t there when I purchased my car last year, not sure what that has to do with anything because service is service and you the head of the dealer your service should be the best of them all. Very terrible experience.
