"I experienced horrible service atChery Newcastle ever since I bough this car from them. I have had the car for just a year but but I encountered countless mechanical and lighting issues, poor communication unfulfilled promises Despite trying to resolve this with Sfiso and Nadia my calls were ignored and no valid solution was provided. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of aftercare and expect management to contact me immediately to resolve this. Sfiso sent me a rude message on WhatsApp refused to fix my lights.
