1x AirVent faulty/broken,

I am extremely disappointed with Chery Penta Menlyn on how long it takes to get a faulty/broken AirVent part to be replaced. I have been waiting for more than 3 months for an AirVent of my Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max replaced. Should I have known that it takes this long for parts, I would have not bought this car. My car is only 5 months old now, bought Oct 2023, by Dec 2023, 2 months after purchase it had broken AirVent which I am still waiting for to be replaced. I am not even sure how long I will have to drive a car with an AirVent that is not working. Another thing is, this car is heavy on fuel, not economical at all.
