Struggle to return items - site did not provide email with reference number.
Purchased 3 clothing items online, cannot return as I did not get email with reference number. I only received a PayFast email immediately after purchasing, but without Cherry Melon online site reference number.
No response from ********** in 4 days.

But please note, they ask R75 for delivery, no matter how big the order, and R55 to return items.
