Barbra from Cherry Melon - 10/10!

I purchased items from them in July, the quality of the tops were really shocking. I never even thought of complaining to Cherry Melon directly, because of the absence of client service in South Africa. I commented on one of their posts on Facebook regarding the quality of their clothes. Barbra from Cherry Melon immediately contacted me and really went out of her way to find out what the problem was.

This morning I received a parcel from Barbra with a few tops to replace the ones I purchased in July that was damaged!
