She failed to honour our photo shoot

Please be warned of this lady, she's a lier. She doesn't honour her promises. She was supposed to give us a pre-wedding photo shoot on 16 December 2014 and she failed us. <br> <br> My whole family was there, all prepared and ready for the shoot and she didn't come. She came with all sorts of excuses why she didn't make it and guess what, she gave us that date not the other way around. <br> <br> She has my R2000 deposit that she's refusing to refund due to her breaching the contract /agreement. <br> <br> She claims that it's a nonrefundable deposit, which she can't send proof of where it's written. I had since waited for her contract in January 2014 when we discussed the issue of her taking pictures for our wedding, since I saw her work from my friend. I paid the deposit with full trust because she helped my friend well. <br> <br> All I'm need now is my deposit back so that all connections may be cut with her. She's such a lier it's not even funny. Nxa. <br> <br> Just take her services at your own risk cause she can't be trusted.
