Cherry Kicks - Sneaker ****mer

If I could give zero stars I would. I cams across this South African female-owned sneakers business, Cherry Kicks, as I was looking for sneakers for my son for Christmas. According to her instagram video, she started in December 2021. She states that her values are " authenticity, trust and value", with the latter 2 being the furthest from the truth. I couldn't find any reviews for this business, besides what they posted onto their own site from positive "screenshots." I decided to take the leap and order for my son for Christmas. Their communication during the process was pretty non-existant, and I was convinced I was being ****med as the "3-5 day delivery" promise was now turning into 11 days with not much responses. Luckily, I finally received notification from the courier, and the sneakers arrived the next day. Fast forward 2 months, my son's birthday was coming up mid-March, so I decided to give Cherry Kicks a go, and place an order. I placed the other on the 27th Feb. Once again, no communication was happening, but I remained confident due to my last experience. But unfortunately, the second time around is the ****. Days of whatsapps that were ignored/unanswered, unanswered emails about the whereabout of the sneakers. I just wanted to know the delivery date. Her first response was to tell me she was in Amsterdam, and my sneakers were dispatched the previous wednesday. Then radio silence for days afterwards. My son's birthday was getting closer. I asked her to please be honest with me about the order, otherwise I needed to make a plan B. She came back, giving me an excuse about consignment issues. She promised me if it didn't arrive, she would send an overnight courier to reach me by the Friday, the day before my son's birthday. Then when the original sneakers arrived, we could arrange for her to collect it. I felt passified, but in fact, I was just being fed lies. Promises of waybill numbers didn't materialize, whatsapps went ignored, phone calls not answered. No arrival of the "overnight courier" on the Friday. I was heartbroken. My son's birthday came and went, with no sneakers arriving. This morning, I see Cherry Kicks posting on their FB page all the "happy customer reviews", screenshot of people saying "thank you" for their order. I comment underneath, asking where's my order from the 27th Feb? Where's the courier that was supposed to arrive on Friday? My comments were then deleted, and now she has blocked me from her FB page. Now it makes sense why there's no real reviews or comments, as she deletes and blocks everyone. I just want the sneakers I paid for or my refund. I didn't want it to get to this, but other people need to be aware of this ****mer.
