Poor buying experience

I am sorely disappointed of my buying experience at your Ballito store. We purchased a silver bracelet which simply snapped nearly a week later. The store replaced it, but the same thing happened with the second one. no force caused the bracelet to break and it simply falls off soon after purchasing. The store now quotes me R400 to solder the end of a R600 bracelet. It really doesn't make sense to me and I have told them to keep the bracelet as this experience has just been an absolute waste of my time and money.
