I needed a special wedding ring ordered for my husband from America at very short notice. Cherry design arranged everything for me as it was a surprise for my husband. Gary gave me advice on how to get the right size measured without making it obvious and engraved the ring for me no charge. A few months after the wedding the ring broke. Gary was going to America and offered to take the ring back to the suppliers during his holiday time. A new ring was posted from America and once again Cherry design engraved it for me no charge. They kept me updated while waiting for the delivery and never once gave me any hassles regarding the ring. Usually once you purchase an item, the service ends. Not with Cherry design jewelers.
