Poor execution of sale transaction

I bought a car at cherry Boksburg for cash on the 30th of July but still battling to get the registration documents.I tried to communicate my frustration to the dealership that 20 days has passed and the car's temporary disc is coming to an end but the agent who sold me the car kept on avoiding my calls but when i use the number he doesnt know he then answers and promise to call.
