Horrible experience

I had an extremely horrible experience with the team specifically with my transaction with my salesman Kamogelo.

I was the first confirmed buyer and acted immediately—securing bank approval and accepting the trade-in offer on my vehicle without delay.

Despite this, communication was completely and suddenly stopped while I was waiting for final documentation and collection details. I then discovered that the vehicle had been sold to another buyer.

It reflects a serious failure in process, accountability, and basic professional integrity. A customer who has been approved, has accepted terms, and is awaiting finalisation should not have a transaction disregarded in this manner. This is not just poor service—it is a complete lack of transparency and ethics.

I would strongly caution others when dealing here, as this experience reflects very poorly on how transactions are handled.
