R938 worth of goods not delivered

I placed two orders with Cherie and paid R100 in total just for postage for the two orders to be delivered to my offices. The total cost of the two orders is R938.00.<br> One order was sent to a random post office (they said they would pick it up and deliver it to my offices but they didn't) and when I went to collect it, the item was not even what I had ordered. Not only that but the t-shirt that was sent instead of the dress I ordered had a brown stain on it. The other two items have not been sent. <br> They no longer reply to my emails and there is no phone number to contact them.
