Appalling service

<p>I placed an order over a month ago and I have not received it. After making numerous calls I finally received an email on the 29 Nov confining the items are being courier ed. Yet I have received nothing to date. I spent 699! This company doesn't respond to any emails or calls. Their customer service is **********. </p>
