Appalling Service

In December 2014 I ordered 4 items from Cherie and received confirmation that the items would be sent through. Several emails have been sent following up on why and when I would receive the order, with each email I was promised the order would be sent. 8 weeks later I got to the post office and only one Item had been posted, when on the 29 January 2015 at 8:11 they sent a mail stating that \all the items for order #1028 have been couriered".
