Sub-standard photos - Cheney Liebenberg Photography, Ladysmith, KZN

Purchased a wedding package from Cheney Liebenberg Photography. Her photos were sub-standard, some taken into the sun, other not crisp & hazy. After 6 weeks we asked her for the photos & she said working on them. Eventually she sent a link, (no CD or memory card) which we had get permission from her to go onto. Disappointment in the photos. 3 Canvases & a coffee table book were included in the deal, which never materialised. She eventually refunded us R1400 of the R10500 in lieu of the canvases & books & has now blocked us from contacting her. We are wanting the raw copies on CD or memory card so we can try & have some photos manipulated & printed. This is not a do over event. We would like for her to just give us the raws & have this matter resolved.
