Worst service ever!

Worst service ever. After paying for my order, I've been struggling to get any information about when my order will be delivered. I confirmed physical address, and after following up the first time, I was told they "think" my order was already delivered. I requested to see a signed delivery note, but Chemlab never got back to me. Days later, after trying to contact several times, telephonically, through emails and whatsapp, I finally got a hold of the lady that said she "thinks" our order was already delivered, then she said the order was supposed to be dispatched the previous day, but their system was offline. She said they are going to deliver that same day, but I only got a hold of them at 14:00 in the afternoon, so I doubted that they would deliver before COB. After several more emails and whatsapp messages (that was read, but not rep**** to!), I phoned them again today. A gentleman transferred my call to the lady that i've been dealing with, and my call went unanswered for six minutes, before my call was rerouted back to the switchboard. The same gentleman answered, saying this lady is probably not at her desk. He wanted to know whether i wanted to leave a message, or whether i wanted to call again later. I said I will call back later, because I don't think she will return my call. I'm so disappointed that this is the type of "service" that a company offers. Not answering phone calls, not replying to emails or whatsapp messages, how are you supposed to follow up on your order? I don't think my company will be ordering from Chemlab again.
