Worst Service Delivery

I highly recommend that you look past this company if looking for a supplier. Their service is shockingly poor and actually quite disrespectful and rude.

I have placed several orders with them this year and they are always delayed by at least 2 weeks at a time. When you contact them about a current order no one answers. As soon as you select the option for a new order someone picks up immediately. Their Whatsapp line is unattended. When they eventually do read your messages (weeks later) they simply ignore them.

I have a current order which is 2 weeks old now. I opened a ticket which was simply closed without even contacting me? This is what I mean by disrespectful and rude.

If you are looking for an item that they stock I would recommend that you look for an alternative supplier. I don't believe they actually hold much stock and are simply dropshipping as orders come in.

I have never been treated this badly by any supplier.
