TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICES!

Worst customer service ever! Kgaugelo is rude, has terrible attitude and puts the phone down in your ear. Took exceptionally long just to create a quote. Constantly waiting of WhatsApp and email replies.. even when i follow-up on unanswered messages they still don't reply. Got quoted wrongly... we have continuously struggled when Chem Lab even during previous orders. Defiantly wont be using them anymore... They don't care about business, only care about the pay check at the end of the month!
