Terrible sales and after sales service.

I placed an order online on the 31st of January 2021, today is the 12th of February and I have not received my parcel. I've sent the company an email even tried communicating with them on watsapp, no response. I depend on this chemical for my business and as a result I've been greatly delayed. I do not recommend them at all.
