SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY

On the 22nd August 2021 I ordered blood collection tubes and a beaker brush online from Chemlab Supplies. A few days later I received a call from the rep stating that they are out of stock of the blood collection tubes and waiting to hear from their supplier. On the online store it did not show they were out of stock. I opted to have it put on back order. By the end of September I had heard nothing further, so phoned the landline. The receptionist spoke to the rep (or rather, shouted ) and advised me she would phone me back in 1 hour with information on the status of my order. Todate I have not received that call. On the 19th October 2021 I phoned the landline number and spoke to a lady who said she will put me through to the rep. I told her I want to cancel my order and want a refund. She put me through, but to another customer who had been waiting three weeks for his order. How unprofessional not to know how to work the switchboard. I then attempted to phone back three times and the phone just rang and clicked off. I have sent numerous e mails since August asking about my order ... no response. On the 19th of October 2021 I sent a wattssapp message to the number given requesting a refund. I also sent an e mail. No response, other than an automated message. My order is for a small amount , but I feel that I should be re-funded if they can't deliver the product. I have contacted my bank as I paid with my credit card and lodged a complaint which they will look into. I hope I can get a positive outcome from this. If I could give them minus stars I would.
