Shocking Service

2.5 Months ago we ordered stock from Chemlab, we had to pay immediately to ensure delivery. They then called to say they are out of stock and that we can only get a refund in 20 days. They have had our money all this time, they now say they dont have cash to refund us as the company has no money! You call, their so called MD Dumisani is never available, the finance person is not available. Makhosi the sales manager is rude and never calls you back. Worst service in the world. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
