I have placed an order with ChemLab Supplies on 22 September 2023, Order #81460, the payment was made the same day and proof was emailed to their company. I have send many follow up emails, send an left messages on FB messenger, and also asked for my money back since it is going on for almost 2 months now. I got some attitude from *** saying my order would have been ready 30 October 23. Since then no feedback or any reply on any of my emails, except for the automatic email when sending one that somebody at sales will be in touch. Clearly they pocket the money. On the one email received from Henry, he stated that the Whatsup number displayed on their website +*** and their company number on their web site *** is not theirs. I have tried all numbers given on the website and as well on their facebook account. They are *******. Don't fall into their traps of *****ing from people, you will never see your order or hear anything from them again, and to think they are servicing lab equipment.
