Poor Service

Pathetic service. After reading what other people are saying - I am wondering where can we report Chemlab's poor and pathetic service... surely the CEO might not know or does not care about the going-concern of the company? Bought products was informed expected delivery date is 17 January. Up today no communication or delivery has been done. I am loosing customers because of their pathetic service.
