POOR SERVICE

I ordered on the 10 December 2021. As of 14 December 2021 I did not receive the invoice to do the eft. After calling them continuously they did send the invoice and said I should wait a day before they can get the chemicals ready. A week later I called them only to find out that they di not allow WALK IN customers to collect. Today 20 December 2021 I was on my way to collect and on the way I phoned and said that I must meet the driver on the way in Kensington to collect. Fustrating and annoyed I waited more rhan an hour for the driver to arrive. The receptionist promised call me several times but did not do so. THIS STAFF IF THIS BUSINESS have adopted a bad attitute towards business. Maybe they are underpaid. The employees of this company
