Poor online customer experience

I tried to place an online order with them, at first they gave me 3 payment options:- Direct bank transfer, PayFast and PayPal, I was happy to see PayPal and selected it, just to find out later that I quote "they are still intergarting it", but further communications were very poor, there was no desire for ChemLab to continue trying to resolve the issue, they just said, quote:- "do not use paypal use payfast" at this point there was not explanation, I have never used payfast, but am a client of PayPal and would have found this as a bonus, as well their web interaction is non-exsitent, I regard this as a bad online experience
