Poor good customer service and interactive basis

I hereby write with great concern regarding the service received from ChemLab Supplies. It is my worst service experience. I placed orders with them. And only realized when the orders were delivered through a secondary party that it was incomplete,even though the paperwork was inclusive of the short supply. I called ChemLab Supplies ,explained the inconvenience caused,in response was told that the matter will be investigated further, also that possibly the product would be delivered separately and was told that I will receive update regarding my order later that day-I did not. Immediately I called the courier company responsible for the delivery,they explained that they do not deliver on such bases,that the issue is with ChemLab Supplies. Later during the day, I sent email communication to inquire on the matter but just received an automated-machine response:informing me that a product manager will contact me-that did not happen.Tuesday 28th 2021,I sent an email with the paperwork images,so to help them with this investigation;also through to their WhatsApp company line. I received an automated-machine response:informing me that a product manager will contact me-that did not happen. I decided to call,the gentleman understood and acknowledged their mistake, explained that they unfortunately had no stock and we're awaiting their supplier to deliver. He also reassured me that the delivery will be made as soon as Wednesday,although he will communicate with me prior if otherwise. That did not happen...my work is now delayed. I am more disappointed with how relaxed they seem with this matter. Kindly note I opted from not mentioning the names of the people that assisted me. I believe as much as they are individuals,in this instance they are the brand of the company.
