Please get it together, ChemLab Supplies

I used to like this company. I still WANT to like it, but I just can't. When I started ordering from ChemLab Supplies a few years ago, things were great! Good service, fast delivery, with the option to collect from the warehouse (more economical), and so on. The current prices are still very competitive, and the types of products and amount of stock are excellent, but:

- The online ordering system is broken (check the delivery rates for the Western Cape; highway *******!). - I receive products that I haven't ordered and don't receive products that I did. - It takes weeks for an order to be processed.

I have just spoken with Makhosi about my two most recent orders, and am hopeful that he'll be able to rectify the issues.

Please, ChemLab Supplies, get it together before it's too late.
