Order not received

I can not give a rating in the minus. I am on the phone trying to find out where is my order that was processed and paid on 8/3/2022. I have phoned 6 times today, and 6 times they put me through to someone that just put the phone down. These people does not hold themself accountable for any orders that was placed. They just keep your money and do not deliver.
