No service, no products, no response

I ordered from Chemlab Supplies on the 4th of August. I received an automated e-mail with a tracking link on 10th of August. Nothing after that. It is now the 25th of September and I have not received my order, the tracking link from the courier says, and I quote: "Cancelled. This is a daily collection, Our driver goes there to collect on a daily basis, This parcel has not yet been handed over to us, If it is handed over the parcel's status will be changed from Cancelled, This parcel has been out standing since the 10/08/22". I contact Chemlab Supplies both via e-mail (no reply) and phoned them (line dropped both times and no return calls).

This is not my first time ordering from Chemlab Supplies... the last time I ordered from them my order took about a month, but at least it arrived. I also e-mailed them to inquire about the long wait on that occasion and also did not receive any response.

I have come to the conclusion that this business need to shut down its online site as they are clearly unable to deliver any form of service to their online clients. I will not be doing business with them again. I will, however, have my lawyer send them some documents as a matter of principle.
