Keep away!

This is one of the worst supplier experiences I have ever had. The incompetence is truly breathtaking, but it is the lies about very simple things that really shocked me. Why lie about what stock you have? Why lie about when stock has been sent or not? Why say a previous staff member has been fired? Totally bizarre.

After we placed and order we were informed there was actually no stock. So obviously we cancelled our order and bought supplies elsewhere. Then they said they had found stock and fired the initial lady we spoke to (they had not and we had not asked her to be). We asked for a refund. They said no. We asked again. They said yes. Then the stock arrived. We asked them to collect their stock and refund us. Then they accused us of some kind of theft?

Needless to say I would steer clear of this company at all costs. if you have to deal with them try to speak to Porche and not anyone else in JHB
