Is this company a ****?

Do not deal with this company! Ordered online, paid in full, a week later still no news or notification. I called them three times and they cut me off on all occasions. Emailed twice, no response at all. Tried their online chatbot, no one answered (but their system emailed me a transcript of my questions?!? with no response). Order tracker on their site does not work... What next?!
