High level of incompetence, bad service, expired stock and deciet.

I would not write a bad review for a company simply because of a mistake happening which might frustrate me. I always give the company multiple tries before I come to a conclusion. I have done 4 seperate orders through ChemLab and with each order I have been disappointed in multiple ways.

Ordering online is a joke, you make payment and get a notification informing you that the order will be processed and a sales representative will contact you, they also supply a ticket number. The ticket number links to a system that does not work, it denies you access. Not even once did a sales rep contact me. When you phone in to speak to a rep, understanding them is very difficult due to a very bad switchboard system. The reps tell you they will contact you back and never do. When your order arrives at their dispatch, they never contact you to let you know. You will drive yourself mad trying to communicate with them digitally via email or their whatsapp channel, which they ignore and never answer you in. There is a huge level of incompetence in their service, with no obvious managerial oversight.

One of the sales reps **** to me on a Friday at 2PM telling me they were closed over my cell phone while I was standing at their dispatch down stairs. They are open untill 5pm on Fridays.

They also sell you expired stock, which always ends up being late. I bought Pure Distilled Water 25L for my lab and the PH was 4.48. One could forgive 5.5 as pure water is PH7 but becomes slightly acidic to 5.8 if left open to the atmosphere for a day or so, which they are not supposed to do.

On my last order I phoned multiple times and eventually got an answer from a rep telling me my order was there and I can come and collect it. I drove 55 mins from Krugersdorp and got there to collect and my order was not there nor was it ready. Wasted time, fuel, money and energy dealing with them. I had to go back the following week to collect and waited 2 hours at their dispatch because nothing was organised or ready.

I will never use them again. Save yourself the frustration, time, money and disappointment and buy from other vendors.
