Chemlab not refunding money for goods they don't have.

I paid via eft for a chemical that I ordered online on 19/07/2023. I chose this company because they prided themselves on customer service. I enquired about my order a week later and was told that they were out of stock. I requested a refund. After several attempts to reach them via emails, wattsapp and phone calls, i managed to speak to a salesman, after ten attempts. He promised to refund my money. Its a month now, and all i receive is automated replies. They don't answer their phones nor reply to their emails. I am utterly shocked that such a big company could deliver such shoddy service. I used another company, much smaller than them. They were so efficient. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. If i have to reverse my funds ut will cost me R300. I just hope that they will be honourable and refund my money with an apology. Dr Rapiti
