Chemlab lack of communication

Communication is absolutely pathetic calle a dozen times over a 3 day periods. Either straight to voice mail with a full mailbox or the call gets dropped. Send multiple emails too multiple email addresses and only receive a pre-recorded message "thank you for your enquiry bla bla.."
