Chemlab - bad experience

I put in an order on 21 July 2023. I have phoned numerous times. First, they didn't have stock but on the website stock was available. Then they only received half of the stock. Eventually they received the full order. They are unable to send the order because they are offline now for about 5 working days. They advised me to use own courier which cost be over the R400 extra. Their used to be a good company but this is now the 3rd time that I have this problem. Will not support them anymore.
