CHEM LAB SUPPLIES NO RESPONSE

we bought a chemical product from chem lab supplies. they gave us a product with a totally different name. on enquiry about this matter, after numerous emails and attempts to call them, we have had no success, NO ANSWER, NO REPLY. can someone from the labs have a look at the emails which I HAVE sent and please please please give us an answer.
