Bogus company that *****s peoples money

I ordered stock and materials on 27 Feb 2021 from Chemlab supplies and made the full payment promptly. On the 3rd of March 2021 I received ONE (1) of the 33 products I ordered. I immediately got hold of their sales department which informed me there was a technical error on their side but they will sort it out, that was the last I ever heard from them. They don't respond to my phone calls, emails or WhatsApp and I still have not received the rest of my supplies. They stole my money and continue to operate a bogus front. With so many people that is complaining about exactly the same thing - theft - from this company, why hasn't the government shut it down yet?
