Absolutely Shocking Service

On Wednesday the 1 December I received a requested invoice from Makhosi from 15kg of Skimmed Milk Powder (Invoice Number 74218). On Friday 3 December I made payment and sent the proof of payment through. On Monday 13 December I sent an email requesting an update on the delivery – I had no response. On Tuesday 14 December I called the office and was assured that the delivery would be made by the latest Friday 17 December – when I called on Friday asking what time I could expect the delivery that day, they said that it would only be delivered on Monday!!!

This is absolutely shocking service! There was no communication from Chemlab's side and no managing of expectations. I have been a loyal customer but this is shocking and this issue needs to be looked into so this does not happen again.
