No feedback, follow up delivery

So i order product from this company on 5 March 15 and paid on same day. Till today never had any feedback. Email on website to use doesnt work. Still showing pending online. I expecty product or i will take this to consumer law very soon. Absolutely pathetic company! Never get follow ups as I called 3 times and kept getting excuses or nice talks from them.
