Terrible service - damage to lounge suite

<p>Chem Dry Benoni cleaned a leather lounge suite that is 18 months old. They damaged the lounge suite and the lounge has now got yellow stains. The owner, Joanne refused to take ownership of the problem. An independent company inspected the lounge suite and advised us that the chemicals used by Chem Dry were too harsh and it caused the yellow marks. </p> <p>Service from the owner and company is pathetic. I will not use this company again</p>
