Shoddy service - damaged floors

In November 2015 I got Chemdry Alberton to come and clean my curtains and my couches, they did not put enough protection in an area where the curtains were and the damage caused my laminate floors to bubble in that section. I contacted the owner who sent someone to take photos. I had difficulty getting through to the number on the invoice and in February 2016 I sent an e mail to the head office. I was promised that it would be resolved another appointment was made and cancelled and then another, no one pitched. I have given up and just have to live with it. Anyone who deals with this Company needs to use caution because the damage to your floors could be costly to replace and more is expected when using a so called known brand but that means nothing.
