don't waste your time!
Called and asked for a consultant to come through to give me a quote. Told me she would check diary and call me shortly - never did. I had to call back because she \forgot". Didn't pitch to first appointment because she also \""forgot\"" about that. Rescheduled again (twice!) because she kept on forgetting about me. Had to call numerous times and practically beg for a quote. Never got one. Can't imagine what the actual service would have been like. Very disappointed."""

Any complaint that is not suitably handled by the relevant Franchisee, can be referred to Chem-Dry SA and the problem will be dealt with in a professional and pleasant manner.
