A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

After a whirlwind December my home needed some cleaning, especially the carpets and lounge furniture. I phoned around for prices and decided to go with another company (they were cheaper!) <br> A dilapidated, smoking bakkie pulled up to my home. Two men pulled out pieces of old rusted machines and went into my house. the one guy asked for a spanner (because the one machine was broken) it was a very uncomfortable 35 minutes before I eventually asked my husband to get the guys to leave. <br> my house smelled like a wet dog and the carpets were drenched.<br> I immediately phoned Frank and (very tearfully) explained the situation. Frank, then urgently arranged a team to come and sort out my carpets for me. His team arrived in a beautiful clean van, his staff were well dressed and pleasant, his machines were like new. I felt so comfortable through the entire process. My carpets and furniture were clean.<br> It is very difficult to trust people and to choose who to have in our homes these days.<br> I thought I could save a few bucks, but i wont do that again.<br> What a wonderful experience, so professional and courteous.<br> i give this company two thumbs up<br>
