Chem Dry Stellenbosch, threaten with legal actin when I complained!

I had my two cream couches cleaned by Chem dry Stellenbosch 6/8/20. When I got home, I discovered that all four the pillows of the couches zips were broken. I confronted the management, who did not take any responsibility. After I wrote an email with my complaint, I got a belligerent telephone call from Andrew, the owner of 25 years, who kept on dismissing my complaint and kept on saying that the zips were broken! When I said that I will write a review here, I was threaten with legal action! Since when has the customer not been able to complain? Do we just have to take this kind of treatment and abuse, bulling? Have we no say if our property gets damaged by other people? I do not recommend this company, and as I see here, Stellenbosch is not the first of Chem Dry problems. Avoid this company by all means
