CHEM Air is awful

I booked a flight in January 2019. The flight was cancelled and when I called to inquire about other options, I was told to arrange for alternative travel with the promise that I will be reimbursed for my cancelled flight. I have emailed countless times about this and had one email back saying that I will be reimbursed soon. It is April 2020. I have not received any money and nobody answers email of phone calls. I think that this incredibly unprofessional and awful customer service.
