Chelmsford B&B not recommendable

On arrival the lady in charge of the B&B felt the need to tell us that we are very late and we \messed up her whole day". She came accross as someone that is only doing this because she has to make a living. She does not have any customer skills as she had no interest nor any entusiasm. She took us upstairs to show us our rooms. On the way to the room you would have to pass the kitchen which had a horrible smell and nothing was up to standard. Our bedroom bed linen had stains on it and the floor was dirty. The ketel in our room was old and had stains on as well. I did not even want to open the bed or even touch anything for that matter. I would not recommend this B&B to anyone."""
