Worst Managers for this Business
I would just like to start with how disgusted I am in Chellos Gordon's Bay service, I have never been so humiliated in my life before!!! I have been going to Chellos for the past 12 years now and since the new owners took over I have never experienced such bad service! The first time I left it but after this weekend. So the Manager Paul an is wife Jovanie and the blond sister Alanie has an issue with me and my Fiancé, we are paying customers. We have been chased out the second time by the blond sister Alanie, she phoned GBSEC to remove us for the second time without making any nonsense then she said we are permanently banned because apparently I hit a girl the previous time and my Fiancé hit a guy? I would please like to see this footage of were this occured. I have never in my life caused a fight at any place non the less been chased out of any place in my life before. The Managers which are still kids!!!! and to say the least Paul's wife Jovanie working behind the bar always busy drinking with clients while on Duty.....I would please like the Owners of this place to contact me. We know a lot of people and I have heard from a few clients that Chellos is not the same anymore and that they also get bad service. I would also like the Owners to go trough all footage for the past year and please show me the footage of where me and my Fiancé hit someone???? Not to say the least but this is utter bull**** getting treated like this, the times we came there we spent a lot of money...Me and my Fiancé have never been in a fight at any Bar before! Not to be rude but this Managers should honestly change their attitude or Chellos will be having New Owners again if it carries on like this. Chellos have always been busy and these days no one really wants to go there because of the Service. Also who gives the Managers that is in their 20s to chase a client out not making any trouble. I have seen people so drunk there before and they never get chased out because they are friends with the Bar people I do not approve of this!!!!.... I would like to please have contact wit the Owners. The thing is I work for a big Winery in the Finance department and my Fiancé is a Production Manager for a big company and getting service like this from a small business is really disappointing.
